RACE TIMING SERVICES

The letter "B" found at the end of each feature below indicates our basic services.

Registration:
" List your event on the Race Calendar on our web page. B
" Distribute your race application at all GSMTC events, and to all phone requests.
" Receive all registrations and checks directly.
" Enter all pre-registrations into computer: names, addresses, sex, age, amount of check received. Tag entry for any problems or additional required entry info. i.e., unsigned release form. B
" Perform all race day entries on site directly into the computer, for very large events we can have multiple computers on site if required. B
" Assist with packet pick-up or train volunteers on registration procedures. B
" Obtain race numbers. Print pre-race entries as required.
" Print all pre-race number labels and label all pre-race numbers.

Timing Options:
Event will be completely computer timed with our own computer timing equipment at the finish line. B
" Multi-finish lines.
" Split times for duathlons or triathlons available with volunteers supplied by the race director. B
" Wave starts for multi-sport events.
" Split times at all transitions when requested with volunteers supplied by the race director.

Results:
" All results are printed for your awards ceremony. B
" Results can also be provided for special categories: B
For Example: Teams, Clydesdales, Relays, Fastest Duo, Oldest & Youngest Finisher and so on!
" Assistance with the awards ceremony announcements. B
" Triathlon or Duathlon results roster. Complete participant listing contains, name, city, overall finish time, time for each event, pace within each division and entrants place in each division. B
Finish Line:
" Large Digital Clock, roping, traffic cones, safety flags for course marshals, electronic bull horn, elevated finish line. Ability to put your banners up. B
" Race Odyssey event staff can be connected with portable radios on site if required. B
" Finish lines may be multiple chutes depending on size of race.. B

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Sound System, CD Player,Wireless Microphone
Assistance with course design, permits, insurance. Advise on how to obtain corporate or merchandise sponsors.
" Race Odyssey Events can also serve as your event coordinator or director, and completely produce your event with your committee.
" Assist you in obtaining quotes for printing of event applications, t-shirts, medals, ribbons, etc.
" Provide entire race set-up including: portable water tables, water coolers,
" Provide a set of mail labels for your next year's event mailing.
Additional Fees:
" Mileage. Depending on distances and charitable level of event.
" For events requiring overnight stay, room should be provided.

COST
In order to quote a fee please provide the following event information:
1. Name of event.
2. Date.
3. Type of event(s) to be timed.
4. Estimated size of event.
5. Number of splits (if applicable for duathlons or triathlons).
6. Contact person.
7. Other services required or under consideration.

Basic Packages:
Included: up to 250 Racers

Open Water Swim Event: $300
Single Running Event: $300
Cycling Event: Bike Racks Included $500
Duathlon Event: Bike Racks Included $600
Triathlon Event: Bike Racks Included $750

All the above packages are basic events where our timing company will get the registration forms from the race director, time the race and submit the results for the awards ceremony and for posting on the web site. Any other add ons that are listed above will affect the final cost.
