I further state that I am in proper physical condition to participate in this event. There will be no cash refunds to racers. Any race may be canceled due to severe weather or conditions that may affect the availability of the TVA lakes (high terror warning will close the dams) that we use for our races. We don't anticipate either of these situations happening but in these cases we will reschedule the race for another date and use your registration money toward that race. .
